Manufacturing Engineer – Precision Machining

What You’ll Do:
Develop manufacturing methods, processes, and documentation for customer requirements.
Select tooling and create process sheets, drawings, and travelers.
Partner with supervisors to reduce set-up and cycle times.
Analyze and resolve manufacturing challenges while driving productivity improvements.
Support CAD/CAM activity and provide technical guidance.
Evaluate manufacturing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and conformance.
Ensure safe, clean, and organized operations.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of engineering experience in precision machining or related field.
Strong technical knowledge of metalworking and plating processes.
Proficiency in GD&T, process engineering, tolerance stacking, and fixturing concepts.
Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and inspection requirements.
Hands-on experience with precision measurement and in-process inspection.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently and in teams.
