Director of Nursing, Home Health

A growing home health agency is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead its clinical team. You'd own patient care quality, compliance and the growth of a team of field clinicians. This is a leadership role with real influence over how the agency runs and grows. What you'll do

• Lead, hire, train and develop RNs, LVNs/LPNs and other field clinicians
• Oversee clinical operations, case management and quality of care
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state and accreditation standards (CMS CoPs, OASIS, survey readiness)
• Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation and QAPI initiatives
• Partner with the Administrator on staffing, census growth and referral relationships
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for physicians, patients and families

What we're looking for

• Active RN license in good standing (BSN preferred)
• 3+ years of home health experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role (DON, Clinical Manager or ADON)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, OASIS and survey processes
• A proven ability to recruit, retain and motivate clinical staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
