gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a highly reputable employment defense firm to find a dedicated Employment Litigation Associate for its Phoenix-based practice. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to build a long-term career with a collaborative, well-established team.

Position Highlights:

• 2+ years of litigation experience required; California or Arizona employment law experience is a plus
• Focus on single-plaintiff and class action employment defense, including wage & hour, PAGA, and more
• Work alongside seasoned Partners with active mentorship and rapid advancement opportunities
• Flexible hybrid schedule available — some attorneys work fully remote across the state
• Billable target ~1700, with potential flexibility to set your own annual goals
