🚨 Now Hiring: Commercial Bankruptcy Associate Attorney (NC | Hybrid/Remote) 🚨

Ready to take your bankruptcy practice to the next level? A highly respected firm is seeking a Commercial Bankruptcy Associate (4+ years) to join their growing North Carolina team. This is a hybrid/remote opportunity with meaningful, high-level work from day one.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Represent debtors and creditors across corporate restructurings, workouts, and insolvency matters
• Work on Chapter 7, 11 & 12 cases, adversary proceedings, creditors’ committees, and trusteeships
• Handle discovery from start to finish
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Stay ahead of state & national bankruptcy law developments
• Contribute to distressed asset and debt acquisition matters
• Support a mass tort bankruptcy team, including litigation
• Collaborate with partners on presentations, publications, and strategy
• Delegate and manage work with paralegals and support staff

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of corporate bankruptcy experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Licensed in NC (or willing to obtain admission)
