St. Louis, MO | Established Law Firm
Part-time (5-6 hours per day)

An established St. Louis-based law firm is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to support a high-level attorney in a fast-paced environment.


The Opportunity

This role is best suited for an experienced executive assistant who is highly professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a direct, no-frills environment. The position functions more as a personal/executive assistant role rather than a typical legal assistant position.

While the primary attorney maintains a direct communication style, the broader team is known to be collegial, supportive, and collaborative.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support
  • Manage scheduling, communications, and day-to-day priorities
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate tasks and ensure timely follow-through on deliverables
  • Support general administrative needs as required

Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience supporting senior executives or high-level professionals
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently
  • Professional, composed, and adaptable communication style
  • Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
  • Legal experience is not required, but exposure to corporate/transactional law is an asset

Compensation & Structure

  • Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000, based on experience
  • Part-time (5–6 hours/day)
  • Stable, long-term opportunity within an established firm
