We are seeking a licensed, empathetic, and motivated Therapist to join our onsite clinical team. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in working with adolescents and families in a mental health setting. You’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate challenges, develop coping skills, and strengthen their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in team meetings and case reviews
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
Experience with adolescents and/or families preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
