CAD Technician – Commercial & Multifamily Construction
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction firm seeking a skilled CAD Technician to support their commercial and multifamily projects. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to high-impact developments.
🏗️ Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed construction drawings and site plans for commercial and multifamily projects
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to translate designs into technical documents
Revise and update plans based on markups, redlines, or field changes
Ensure all drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications
Maintain organized drawing files and version control
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or Civil 3D a plus)
Experience drafting for commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use construction
Strong understanding of construction documents, site layouts, and building systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
2+ years of relevant CAD drafting experience preferred
