gpac is working with a client South of Madison (WI) who is seeking a a full-time Maintenance Manager/Supervisor for their food manufacturing facility!
This dairy company has been in business for 40 years and are growing significantly, adding a new position. They are looking for someone with mentoring and training experience in maintenance, and able to oversee three of their smaller plants in town. This position is ideal for someone who prefers to manage from the floor, not an office, and enjoys mentoring personnel.
The ideal Maintenance Supervisor would be someone very quick on their feet, have solid leadership skills and not be afraid to take responsibility and action! They would have at least 2 years maintenance leadership experience(maintenance lead experience or supervisory) and 5-7 years in maintenance within food production or another manufacturing industry! Experience/knowledge of the following areas: ovens, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, conveyer belts, pneumatic, hydraulics and PLC is a plus.
