Attorney – Lateral Partner
Location: Fairfax County, VA

We are actively seeking a Lateral Partner with a portable book of business to join our well-established and growing team in Fairfax County, Virginia. This is a unique opportunity to step into a collaborative, fully in-office environment where your practice will be supported by a strong infrastructure and a team of highly respected attorneys.

Key Practice Areas of Interest Include:

• Government Finance (priority interest)
• Commercial Real Estate
• Corporate
• Litigation
• Labor & Employment
• Trusts & Estates (Other aligned practice areas also welcome)

Position Highlights:

• Fully in-office collaborative team culture
• Reasonable billable target of 1800 hours
• Tiered bonus structure beginning at 1900 hours
• Flexible origination credit structure and marketing support
• Strong reputation in the Virginia legal market

Ideal Candidate:

• JD and active membership in the Virginia Bar
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in private practice
• Proven ability to generate and maintain client relationships
• A portable book of business ($500K+ preferred for partner-level consideration)
• Interest in growing their practice within a stable, forward-thinking firm
