Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Are you a construction leader who thrives on the job site and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects? A well-established, award-winning General Contractor is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team.

This role requires flexibility to travel to various project sites as needed.

We're looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in commercial, multifamily, or light industrial construction. In this position, you’ll lead field operations from the ground up—ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and up to the company’s high standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate Field Activities: Manage and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure Quality: Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Streamline Communication: Work closely with the project team to handle RFIs, submittals, and daily coordination.
  • Manage Subcontractors: Hold subcontractors accountable for timelines, quality, and contract compliance.
  • Solve Problems On-Site: Anticipate and resolve jobsite issues in real-time alongside project management.
  • Keep Accurate Records: Maintain daily reports and jobsite documentation.
  • Drive Closeout: Oversee punch list completion and project turnover.

  • Travel Readiness: Comfortable with travel to job sites as required.
  • Field Experience: 5+ years in a Superintendent role with a focus on commercial, multifamily, or light industrial projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with construction plans and trade coordination.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to clearly report updates and collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Leadership Mindset: Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and job site logistics effectively.
