Position: Associate General Dentist
Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually
Location: Ocean, New Jersey
A well-established private dental practice in Ocean, NJ is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join a busy and supportive team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, confident, and thrives in a collaborative environment where quality care and strong relationships drive success.

Qualifications:
DDS or DMD with active New Jersey license in good standing
3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
Completion of a general practice residency is a plus
Proficient in comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on prevention
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to grow professionally and contribute to practice success
