Position: Associate General Dentist
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Salary Range: $250,000 – $350,000 annually
An established, multi-specialty dental practice in Gaithersburg, Maryland is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist who is motivated, clinically proficient, and highly personable. The ideal candidate brings a compassionate, confident chairside manner and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Welcoming 130+ new patients per month
Mix of 80% PPO / 20% FFS
In-house specialties include orthodontics, pediatrics, oral surgery, and endodontics
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive minimum guarantee plus percentage of collections

Malpractice insurance coverage
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree with active Maryland dental license in good standing
Completion of a GPR or AEGD preferred
3–5 years of clinical experience required
Strong proficiency across general dentistry procedures
Preventive and comprehensive care focus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to grow professionally and contribute to a team-oriented culture
