Commercial Concrete Estimator
Location: Massachusetts (Hybrid Role, must be willing to travel)
Compensation:
$200,000–$250,000 base salary
Bonus structure based on performance

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience estimating ground-up commercial concrete structures
Must have experience with ground up commercial concrete projects valued at $20 million or more
Detailed project list required with application
Must be willing to travel as needed
Strong proficiency with concrete estimating systems and construction documents
