We are a leading pediatric ophthalmology practice serving children and adolescents in a warm, family-friendly environment. Our Phoenix-based clinic is equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology, and we focus exclusively on pediatric eye care—from routine vision issues to complex medical and surgical conditions.
We are seeking a dedicated pediatric ophthalmologist to join our growing team. This role offers clinical autonomy, a flexible schedule, and the chance to focus on patient care without the administrative burden. While board certification is not required, completion of a U.S.-based pediatric ophthalmology fellowship is mandatory.
Diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric eye conditions, including refractive errors, amblyopia, strabismus, ptosis, nasolacrimal duct obstruction, cataracts, and inflammatory eye diseases
Perform surgical procedures such as strabismus correction, ptosis repair, and tear duct surgery as needed
Conduct age-appropriate, comprehensive eye exams for infants through adolescents
Prescribe corrective lenses, medications, or refer for therapies as appropriate
Collaborate with pediatricians, optometrists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and long-term eye health
Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an ophthalmology residency
Completion of a pediatric ophthalmology fellowship from a U.S.-based program (required)
Active or eligible Arizona medical license and DEA registration (We can help with)
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, child-centered approach
Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
