Position Summary:
The Concrete PM oversees concrete projects from planning through turnover, including sequencing, manpower planning, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning for forming, rebar, and placement activities
Track labor productivity and material quantities
Oversee subcontractor coordination and performance
Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and schedule milestones
Qualifications:
5+ years concrete experience; 2+ years PM required
