This established Colorado firm is expanding its employment defense practice and is seeking an attorney who wants to handle a balanced mix of counseling and litigation. You’ll advise employers on day-to-day workplace issues, draft policies, manage agency charges, and take the lead on disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour issues, and restrictive covenants.
Here, you won’t be stuck behind a partner or limited to research and drafting. You’ll work directly with business owners, HR leaders, and executives—helping them navigate real-world decisions with clarity and confidence.
Ideal Fit:
• 3–10 years of employment defense experience
• Comfortable handling agency matters, investigations, and litigation
• Strong communication skills with business clients and HR teams
• Interest in both counseling and advocacy
• Desire for reasonable hours, autonomy, and long-term stability
