Miscellaneous Metals Project Manager

We are seeking a Miscellaneous Metals Project Manager to oversee the fabrication and installation of custom steel components including stairs, ladders, railings, and other architectural/ornamental metals.

This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on background in misc metals who can manage projects from kickoff through installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple misc metals projects from award through closeout
• Coordinate shop drawings, fabrication schedules, and field installation
• Work closely with detailers, shop teams, and field crews
• Communicate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Track budgets, schedules, and change orders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience in miscellaneous metals (stairs, railings, ladders, etc.) required
• Project management experience in fabrication and/or installation
• Strong understanding of shop drawings and field coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
