⚖️ Bankruptcy Paralegal (Hybrid / Remote – NC Preferred) ⚖️
📍 North Carolina | 💼 4+ Years Experience | ⏱ Time Billing Required

We’re seeking a highly skilled Bankruptcy Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is ready to support a dynamic legal team handling both bankruptcy matters and litigation overflow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paralegal who enjoys variety in their work and wants the flexibility of a hybrid/remote arrangement while staying deeply engaged in complex legal matters.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting attorneys in Chapter 7, 11, and related bankruptcy matters
• Assisting with litigation overflow work as needed across active cases
• Preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision and timeliness
• Managing case files, deadlines, and court requirements
• Handling client and court communications professionally and efficiently

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of paralegal experience
• Strong background in bankruptcy AND litigation support
• Proven experience with time billing / billable hour tracking
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Federal ECF / CM/ECF filing systems
  • North Carolina eCourts electronic filing platform
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote/hybrid setting
