With more than 30 years in business, gpac is looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team. This fully remote opportunity combines relationship building, recruiting, and business development, with the support of teammates who want to see you succeed.

No previous recruiting experience is required. We provide structured training, recruiting tools, ongoing coaching, and mentorship to help you get started and continue growing.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Develop new business and help clients fill key positions.
• Find, interview, and connect qualified candidates with career opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and assist with offers and negotiations.
• Manage multiple searches and maintain accurate records.

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort making cold calls and maintaining consistent, high outbound activity to connect with clients and candidates.
• Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently.
• Professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidential information.
• Effective negotiation skills and a willingness to learn.
• Commitment to completing gpac’s training program and requirements.

A degree is preferred but not required. Experience in sales, recruiting, business development, or customer service is helpful but not required.
