Audit Senior Manager

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Overview

A large national assurance, tax and advisory firm is seeking an Audit Senior Manager for its Virginia Beach practice. This highly visible role offers excellent training, development and growth, with significant contact with clients in a variety of commercial industries. Exceptional client relations skills are a must; business development skills are a plus. Limited regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for commercial clients across a range of industries
• Lead and develop audit and assurance associates
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver superior client service
• Apply strong project management and analytical skills across engagements
• Support business development efforts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's preferred
• Active CPA license required
• Proven ability to lead and develop audit associates
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
