Senior Project Manager – HVAC / Plumbing (TI & Special Projects)
Location: California

A well-established and growing mechanical contractor in California is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead HVAC and plumbing TI and special projects. The company offers excellent compensation, strong benefits, and long-term stability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of MEP/HVAC construction project management experience

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong client communication and interpersonal abilities

• Project budgeting and financial oversight experience

• Ability to manage multiple projects and resolve issues proactively

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish

• Oversee project teams, workload forecasting, and resource planning

• Represent the company in client and stakeholder meetings

• Mentor staff and drive productivity and performance

• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions?
