Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney - Trial Experience Required (Los Angeles, CA)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution, including complex litigation and trial.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
  • Develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Provide exceptional client communication and service.
  • Collaborate effectively with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience practicing as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney.
  • Demonstrated significant trial experience is a non-negotiable requirement. Candidates must be comfortable and proficient in all aspects of trial, including jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross-examination, and closing arguments.
  • Strong understanding of California personal injury law, civil procedure, and rules of evidence.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a demanding caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Must be willing to work 100% in office. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
  • Ability to start right away or as soon as possible.
