I have a unique opportunity with a long-time semi-regional community bank group. This bank is community-sized, methodical, and financially clean. My client is not a hot bank. But the management seeks a Superforce person or small team to represent them in a new LPO coming to your area or an area that you might want to be...This bank is CAREFUL and wants to set you up for SUCCESS, not failure. When your customers are cared for, you win, meet your goals, and the bank wins too.

Compensation and info:

--This LPO will be in an office, not out of your car

--This is a balanced bank

--Generous salary based on experience

--Generous  bonus with easy to understand parameters

--Family oriented working environment

--Little turnover, average tenure, 15 years

--No micromanagement, but support and direction

--Treat others like you want to be treated is how we operate

--People are our main assets and you will be treated as such

--Flat organization where all members of the team are respected

--BCBS paid for employee, affordable for family

--401 K immediately

--Vacation grows with experience

--PTO

Requirements:

--Proven Commercial or Agricultural Lender with development ability and/or banking management experience

--Solid, steady, "non-hoppy" employment history admired

--Contacts and networks in your geographical area desired

--Bachelor’s Degree and some banking schools desired but experience trumps degree
