I am working with a well-respected, Top 10 Commercial Paint/Industrial Coatings Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a quickly growing team of dedicated professionals. They did $70M in revenue last year. I am looking for a leader in the industry. Commercial Paint/Industrial Coatings Project Manager OR Estimator Experience Required. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
  • Bid commercial/residential/light industrial painting projects
  • Provide leadership to project teams
  • Be a hands-on and reliable leader

Position Qualifications:

  • 4+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
  • Ability to understand and present products and services
  • On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency
  • Specific experience in commercial painting required
  • Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
