Maintenance Mechanic/Technician – Full Time (2nd Shift)
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic/Technician to support daily production by performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency fixes—all with a focus on maximizing plant efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Perform machine maintenance, equipment breakdowns, adjustments, and setup for production.
Conduct daily and weekly preventative maintenance inspections.
Complete light plumbing, electrical, welding, and carpentry tasks as needed.
Assist the Maintenance Manager with equipment upgrade recommendations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience with food packaging and process equipment required (e.g., Multivac Tray Sealers/Thermoformers, Weber Slicers, Pick & Pack automation).
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and schematic-reading skills.
HVAC experience a plus.
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Schedule:
2nd shift available.
