Harvest Supervisor – SW Minnesota
$65,000–$80,000 + Full Benefits
Partnering with gpac

A well-established and growing meat processing operation in Southwest Minnesota is actively seeking a Harvest Supervisor to oversee daily harvesting operations. This is an immediate opening due to growth, and the company is motivated to hire the right leader quickly.

This role is critical to plant success — ensuring production efficiency, regulatory compliance, humane handling, and team performance on the harvest floor.


🔹 What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Oversee daily kill floor/harvest operations

  • Ensure strict compliance with USDA regulations and humane handling standards

  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members

  • Optimize yields and improve operational efficiency

  • Monitor sanitation procedures and food safety standards

  • Coordinate equipment functionality and maintenance needs

  • Maintain a safe, high-performance work environment


🔹 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in meat processing / harvest operations

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong understanding of USDA and food safety compliance

  • Ability to manage production teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred


💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $65K–$80K (DOE)
