PROJECT MANAGER/ ESTIMATOR - CONCRETE-EARTHWORK-PAVING

Well established, award winning, family owned and operated, local CONCRETE, EARTHWORK & PAVING contractor is seeking an experience PM/ Estimator to continue to grow their excellent reputation. This company takes pride in being on top of their game, work hard to maintain that reputation while using the industries top technologies. This client also has extremely low turnover which speaks to their culture. Their services include structural concrete flatwork, curb, gutter, foundation, excavation, site development, misc

Key Qualifications:

• 5+yrs CONCRETE FLATWORK & STRUCTURAL experience and knowledge geared to the above industry
• Associates/ bachelor’s degree in construction mgmt or civil engineering or survey technology required or strongly encouraged.
• Computer Proficient with computers, Heavy Bid, and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and problem-solving Skills, valid class D driver license.
• Companies willing to assist in training and development
