💼 Experience: 2–4 years

What You’ll Do:

• Draft & review contracts to minimize risk and protect client interests
• Negotiate sales & purchase agreements for daily operations and major transactions
• Handle investment & financing matters, structuring deals for investors, loans, and capital-raising

Who You Are:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
• 2–4 years of experience in business transactions or commercial real estate
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Collaborative, motivated, and ready to make a direct impact on clients’ success
