Highly respected Company in Ohio experiencing significant growth. They are actively seeking a tenured Project Manager with Data Center or Mission Critical project experience/equivalent.
The firm has been in business for 40 years and has grown from $30M to $100M in the last 5 years. They don’t micromanage when it comes to their exciting strong backlog of complex mission critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Coordinate client communication and expectations
Oversee procurement and project documentation
Ensure timely project delivery
Manage multiple small projects simultaneously
Qualifications
8+ years project management experience
Renovation or small project experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
