Senior Employment Litigation Attorney

What You’ll Do

• Manage employment matters from intake through resolution
• Drive litigation strategy, depositions, motions, mediation, and settlement
• Maximize case value through strong negotiation and trial readiness
• Independently run a busy caseload with autonomy

What We’re Looking For

• California Bar admission required
• 5+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Plaintiff employment experience ideal, but strong defense litigators encouraged
• Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with confidence in the courtroom and at mediation

Compensation

• Base salary starting at $135K+
• Performance bonuses with total comp up to $400K+
