About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Concrete Superintendent with a strong background in Water Purifing Plant. This person must be a proven leader in heavy civil concrete work and capable of stepping into large, complex projects—$100M+ in size—and making an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all concrete-related field operations for major water purifing plant projects

  • Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily site activities

  • Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards

  • Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and submittals

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners

  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of daily activities

  • Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep the project moving smoothly

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a Concrete Superintendent in heavy civil construction

  • Direct experience on water purifing plant projects is required

  • Proven track record working on large-scale projects ($100M+)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage large crews

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and deliver immediate results

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred, but not required

  • Valid driver’s license (truck allowance provided)
