Tax Director

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Overview

A large national assurance, tax and advisory firm is seeking a seasoned Tax Director to grow and serve its Cincinnati tax client base. This is a leadership role for a business tax professional who wants to make an impact by expanding services to existing clients and winning new ones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and service of the local business tax client base
• Execute the strategy and plans to grow the practice by expanding services to existing clients and obtaining new clients
• Deliver the highest quality of execution on client engagements with exceptional client service
• Motivate, empower and develop people and teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and the business community

Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• 10+ years of business taxation experience with a Big 4, large national or regional accounting firm
• Track record of growing a practice through new and existing client relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
