Position Summary:
Oversee full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and client communication for mid-size commercial builds.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project work plans and cost forecasts
Manage subcontractor scopes and progress
Lead weekly project meetings with owners and design teams
Review drawings, specs, and contract documents
Track change events, RFIs, and procurement schedules
Qualifications:
5–8 years commercial construction PM experience
Strong scheduling, cost tracking, and coordination background
