Now Hiring: Fire Sprinkler Estimator / Project Manager

 Southern Wisconsin (Madison area)

We’re partnering with a well-established, respected fire protection company in Southern Wisconsin that is looking to add a Fire Sprinkler Estimator / Project Manager to their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on sprinkler knowledge who wants to take ownership of projects and build a long-term career within a stable, family-oriented organization.

🔧 Position Overview

This role blends estimating, project management, and client interaction, overseeing projects from bid through completion. You’ll be responsible for schedule, profitability, and overall execution while working alongside a strong technical team.

Project Types: Commercial and industrial facilities including distribution centers, cold storage, and large commercial builds.

 What They’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, design, estimating, or project management

• Strong understanding of sprinkler systems, codes, and commercial construction

• Field or design background preferred (must understand the technical side of the work)

• NICET Water-Based Systems certification strongly preferred

• Ability to work onsite in the Madison area and travel within roughly one hour for projects

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100K–$120K (depending on experience)

• Performance incentive plan tied to project profitability
