Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Provide leadership to project teams while driving schedule, quality, and safety objectives
- Identify and proactively resolve project challenges
- Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
- Monitor project progress and ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven success managing ground-up and renovation commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project financial management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
