I’m partnered with a growing concrete contractor that’s looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of commercial concrete projects with a company that has a strong backlog and long-term stability.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial foundations, flatwork, tilt-up, and structural concrete projects
Review project plans, drawings, and specs to determine scope of work
Work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to develop competitive bids
Track market pricing, subcontractor costs, and historical data for accurate projections
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Concrete Estimator on commercial projects
Strong understanding of concrete construction, methods, and materials
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications with precision
Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in communication & negotiation
