Job Description

We have positions available in the following areas:

2. Labor and Employment Litigation Associate (1 – 2 roles)

• Full time – Between 2-8 years of employment defense experience
• Location – Los Angeles, CA
• The candidate will have the opportunity to be the primary handling attorney on their own cases within a supportive and team-oriented environment
• The candidate will be asked to handle court appearances, written discovery, depositions, mediation, pre-trial preparation, trial, and updates to client
• Billable hours – 1,900 annually
• Experience with employment law – they need both single plaintiff and class action so will look at all

Salary: starting 135k-195k (negotiable) depending on experience

Bonus:

• quarterly bonus
• After billing 1896 hrs., will receive $75 per every hour over that
