🚨 Banking Associate Attorney – Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) 🚨
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Banking Associate Attorney (2–8 years’ experience) to join a dynamic and fast-paced practice group working closely with leading financial institution clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to step directly into sophisticated commercial finance work and make an immediate impact on complex transactions.
What you’ll do:
• Represent financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate borrowers in commercial lending transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate key loan documents including credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and intercreditor agreements
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including corporate records, UCC filings, and title materials
• Collaborate closely with attorneys on a wide range of banking and financial services matters
What we’re looking for:
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and good standing
• 2–8 years of banking, financial services, or corporate experience
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple transactions
Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
