Position Overview:

A well-established company is seeking an Agronomy Manager to lead both sales and operations across multiple locations. This role is opening due to an upcoming retirement and presents a great opportunity to step into a strong, well-functioning team and operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee agronomy sales and operations across multiple locations

  • Manage a team of 7–10 employees

  • Develop and mentor the sales team

  • Maintain strong operational performance

  • Act as the face of the locations and lead direct agronomic sales

Ideal Candidate:

  • 7–10 years of experience in agronomy sales or consulting

  • Ready to transition into a leadership/management role

  • Strong background in agronomy and customer-facing sales

  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
