Position Overview:
A well-established company is seeking an Agronomy Manager to lead both sales and operations across multiple locations. This role is opening due to an upcoming retirement and presents a great opportunity to step into a strong, well-functioning team and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee agronomy sales and operations across multiple locations
Manage a team of 7–10 employees
Develop and mentor the sales team
Maintain strong operational performance
Act as the face of the locations and lead direct agronomic sales
Ideal Candidate:
7–10 years of experience in agronomy sales or consulting
Ready to transition into a leadership/management role
Strong background in agronomy and customer-facing sales
Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
