Position Overview:
As our Preconstruction Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects from day one. You’ll lead the preconstruction process, collaborating closely with design, development, and operations teams to ensure accurate, competitive, and comprehensive estimates. Your background in design-build environments and high-value project estimation will be essential to our continued success.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or related roles
  • Proven success managing preconstruction for large-scale ($100M–$200M) projects
  • Strong design-build experience, with a collaborative and solution-driven approach
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Sage, ProEst, Bluebeam, or similar)
