gpac, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the flooring industry. This family-owned company has been providing quality flooring solutions for over 20 years and is seeking a Builder Sales Rep to join their team.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in flooring sales to home builders. The salary for this position is $75,000 to $120,000, with full benefits including a vehicle allowance.

Position Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with home builders to drive sales- Present flooring options and provide solutions to meet builder's needs- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet and exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Position Essential Job Functions:- Prospect and cold call potential customers- Prepare and deliver sales proposals- Negotiate contracts and close deals- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities

Position Skills:- 2-5 years of experience in flooring sales- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
