Estimator Qualifications:
✔️ 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, with a focus on TI, interiors, and smaller projects
✔️ Ability to prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and cost analyses for multiple projects at once
✔️ Strong background in vendor/subcontractor pricing, cost negotiations, and takeoffs
✔️ Excellent communication skills—work directly with clients, architects, and design teams
✔️ Degree in Construction Management (preferred but not required)
