Project Manager – Residential Remodeling & Custom Construction

A highly respected and rapidly growing residential construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end remodeling and custom residential projects from preconstruction through completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage residential remodeling and custom construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and day-to-day project execution
• Communicate directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee budgeting, change orders, project documentation, and timelines
• Work closely with field teams, designers, vendors, and leadership
• Ensure projects maintain high standards for quality, organization, and customer satisfaction
• Proactively solve problems and keep projects moving efficiently

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction or remodeling
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Experience managing client relationships and subcontractors
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong scheduling and problem-solving abilities
• Professional, team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
