We’re seeking a motivated and goal-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building new client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions to businesses, and driving growth for the agency.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and generate new commercial insurance leads
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
Assess client needs and present customized insurance solutions
Collaborate with account managers and carriers to deliver proposals and policies
Stay up to date on market trends and carrier offerings to provide competitive solutions
Meet sales goals and contribute to agency growth
What We’re Looking For:
Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Proven sales skills with a drive to exceed goals
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in insurance or B2B sales preferred
