Senior Insurance Coverage attorney
Location: Dallas, TX

I am working directly with the owners of a well-established Texas law firm that is seeking to add a Senior Insurance Coverage attorney to its carrier-side insurance coverage practice. This role works closely with the shareholder who leads the group and offers a clearly defined path for long-term growth and partnership within a firm that prioritizes balance and sustainability.

Role Requirements & Responsibilities
This Senior Insurance Coverage attorney will handle complex carrier-side insurance coverage matters and serve as a trusted advisor to insurance carriers.

• Analyze and advise on first-party and third-party coverage issues
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and denial letters
• Handle declaratory judgment actions and related coverage litigation
• Manage matters from inception through resolution, including mediation
• Work directly with the shareholder on legal strategy, client communication, and practice growth
• 7+ years of carrier-side insurance coverage experience
• Strong background in coverage analysis and coverage litigation
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
• Ability to manage matters independently with minimal oversight
• Interest in long-term growth and partnership
