A well-established Seattle law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join its corporate practice. This is an opportunity for an experienced attorney to step into sophisticated client relationships, take on meaningful responsibility, and continue growing a long-term corporate practice within a collaborative firm environment.
What You’ll Bring:
10+ years of corporate law experience
Active Washington State Bar membership
Strong experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, and securities matters
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Ability to advise clients on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters
Strong legal writing, communication, and business judgment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex matters under tight deadlines
Experience supervising or mentoring junior attorneys and legal professionals
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team
Business development experience preferred
