Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway systems
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and reports
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Assist with project management and site visits to monitor progress
- Work with senior engineers to develop your skills and progress toward licensure
Qualifications:
- 1.5–7 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in site/land development
- Strong understanding of site design, grading, and drainage principles
- EIT not required but must have a desire to pursue licensure (PE)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
