What You’ll Do
✅ Lead and mentor shop technicians and mechanics
✅ Oversee fleet maintenance and repair for Class 7/8 diesel trucks
✅ Diagnose and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical, and PTO systems
✅ Manage preventive maintenance programs and shop workflow
✅ Ensure full DOT, OSHA, and EPA compliance
✅ Keep the fleet ready for 24/7 emergency response operations
What You Bring
✔ ASE Certification (Master level a plus)
✔ 5+ years of diesel mechanic experience — ideally in waste, industrial, or environmental services
✔ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
✔ Leadership experience in a shop or fleet setting
✔ CDL or willingness to obtain one
✔ Safety-first mindset and solid organizational skills
