A leading commercial HVAC contractor is seeking a General Manager – Service to lead and scale its service organization.
This is a hands-on executive leadership role with full P&L ownership, real authority, and direct impact on performance, people, and profitability.
• Lead day-to-day commercial HVAC service operations
• Manage and develop a team of 100+ employees (technicians, supervisors, CSR, billing, warehouse)
• Own P&L, budgeting, margins, KPIs, and operational performance
• Drive service growth, PM agreement expansion, and efficiency improvements
• Maintain a strong field presence and champion a safety-first culture
• 10+ years in a leadership role with P&L responsibility
• Proven success managing large, multi-layered teams
• Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Full-time, on-site leadership required
