Role: Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury | near St. Louis, MO (In-Office)
A reputable Plaintiff Personal Injury / Toxic Tort / Asbestos litigation firm seeking an Associate Attorney. This opportunity is open to students that have recently graduated through attorneys with up to 2 years of experience.
This position offers hands-on litigation experience and the chance to work closely with an experienced legal team on complex matters involving toxic exposure and corporate misconduct.

This role is not client-facing and instead focuses on developing the core litigation skills that build strong trial attorneys. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain real courtroom and litigation experience early in their career while working alongside experienced attorneys.
The position focuses on:
• Legal research and writing
• Motion practice
• Discovery drafting and responses
• Court appearances, dockets, and hearings
• Working alongside attorneys across multiple experience levels

Requirements
• Active Missouri license required
• Illinois license or eligibility to obtain one preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 0–2 years of litigation experience (toxic tort, mass tort, or personal injury exposure helpful but not required)
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate within a litigation team
